The Kingdom Women Mentoring Network was born out of a simple but powerful desire…
To create spaces where women can encounter God, be restored, and step into who He has called them to be.
We believe every woman is on a journey.
Some are being called to lead—to open their homes, their hearts, and create places where others can experience the presence of God.
Others are in a season of healing—needing a safe place to grow, be strengthened, and be restored.
Here, both are welcome.
This is not about performance, perfection, or platforms.
This is about presence.
Through mentorship and community, we equip, disciple, and walk alongside women as they learn to steward God’s presence and care for hearts well.
Some will be released to lead Holy Spirit-led Living Room Encounters—intimate gatherings where women can come as they are and be transformed.
Others will simply come to sit, receive, and be renewed.
And both are sacred.
This is a place where…
Hearts are restored.
Women are strengthened.
And lives are transformed in the presence of God.
You don’t need a stage to be used by God.
You simply need a willing heart.
And a place to begin.

What Is A Living Room Encounter?
A Living Room Encounter is a safe, intimate, Spirit-led gathering where women can come as they are, experience God’s presence, and receive healing and encouragement.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just a place to be seen, held, and restored.
I am so excited to have Ramona Damian, join me as the Director of Kingdom Women. Together we will bring a safe place for Women Ministers to land. We are creating a space for the women in this Mentoring group to feel loved, heard, validated, and affirmed.

Ramona Damian, Co-Director
Born into a Pentecostal home in Romania and raised in the United States from the age of four, I have walked with the Lord through many seasons of life. At 18, I became a young mother, and today I am blessed with four children and two grandchildren. Though I drifted from church in my early twenties, God restored both my marriage and my faith in my late twenties when my husband and I rededicated our lives to Him.
For over 20 years, I have served faithfully in ministry, with my deepest passion being women’s ministry. In Illinois, I spent 17 years serving alongside my pastor’s wife in women’s ministry, on the prayer team, and as the youth pastor’s assistant. I also served as a board member for five years.
After moving to Palm Coast, Florida, in 2020, I joined the Prayer Team at our local church and also launched a Praying Parents group out of my home. I continue to lead this ministry today, gathering women and families to intercede for their children and see God’s hand move powerfully in their lives.
My heart is to see women strengthened, healed, and empowered through prayer, discipleship, and authentic community — stepping fully into the calling God has placed on their lives.
