Donna Sallee’, D. Div., is an Ordained Minister, published author, and seasoned conference and retreat speaker with a heart for inner healing and restoration. Having personally experienced God’s faithfulness through life’s challenges, she passionately ministers on pushing from pain to purpose, trusting in a faithful Heavenly Father to guide every step of the journey.

With a strong prophetic gift in prayer, Donna intercedes for those seeking healing and restoration—whether from past wounds, the pain of abuse, or the consequences of difficult life choices. She boldly shares her own testimonies of God’s miraculous victories, inspiring others to embrace hope, freedom, and transformation through Christ.

As the host of “Fresh Hope,” a television program that aired for several years on local WYKE and national networks such as SkyAngel and CTN, Donna has reached countless lives with messages of redemption and restoration. She is also a Certified Women’s Peer & Prayer Counselor and a Certified Domestic Violence Hotline Counselor, equipping others to minister to the broken through Hope Counselor Training, Peer Counselor Training, and the Setting Captives Free Altar Counselor Certification Courses.

Donna is the author of the Morning UpLift devotional series, designed to encourage and strengthen believers in their daily walk with Christ. Her writings reflect her deep faith and passion for helping others experience God’s presence, healing, and restoration. She is also a past contributing writer for CALLED magazine, a publication dedicated to ministering to women in ministry.

Ministry Leadership & Initiatives

In 2012, Donna received her Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Kingsbury College, Lakeland, Florida. She is a visionary leader in women’s ministry, founding numerous impactful initiatives:
The Car Gals – Donating 31 vehicles to deserving, qualified women
Donna’s Giving Fund, Womens Giving Initiative – Providing financial assistance to struggling women
Fresh Hope Women’s Hubis dedicated to creating sacred spaces where women are healed, empowered, and equipped to rise into their God-given identity.

  • She is also a former executive member of the Freedom 7 Human Trafficking Task Force (Circuit 7, covering Flagler, Volusia, Putnam, and St. John’s counties, Florida) and the Founder & Director of The Ruth Home, a safe haven for human trafficking survivors.

A Lasting Legacy: Fresh Hope Ministries

In 2024, met a wonderful woman of God, Chelsea Bryant, Founder & Director of A Touch of Grace Ministries, with their major outreach being The Grace House Women’s Residential Program in Newport, TN.

 Donna agreed to serve as Overseer and Mentor offering wisdom, guidance, and spiritual oversight as the ministry flourishes in its mission to restore and empower women in need.

Faith & Family

Donna is married to the love of her life, Rev. Paul Sallee’. Together, they have been blessed with three children—Zahn, Tara, and Kallai—and nine wonderful grandchildren. After many years of pastoral leadership in Central Florida, they now reside in Newport, TN, continuing their mission to bring hope, healing, and restoration to individuals and communities in need.

A Passion for Healing & Equipping Others

Donna’s greatest passion is to see broken and hurting people healed and set free by the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. She believes in equipping others to extend that same miracle-working power to those in need, fulfilling the call in 1 Corinthians 1:4:

“He comforts, consoles, and encourages us in every trouble, so that we may also be able to comfort those who are in any kind of trouble or distress, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”

Through her ministry and mentorship, Donna Sallee’ remains a steadfast voice of hope, dedicated to empowering others to walk in freedom and share God’s love with a hurting world.
